The University has envisaged its vision to be one of the best updated and fully automated universities to attract scholars from outside to pursue research and study keeping in view the market needs of Globalization and Human needs of attitude to address the challenges of modern times. It also visualizes to stop migration of the Labour force by providing a variety of alternate career option at the grass roots level and arresting the exodus of students for quality education outside Jharkhand. Since Santhal Parganas is a linguistic and cultural melting pot of Austric, Dravidian & Various Indo- Europians family of languages the university also plans to work towards establishment of culture and transliteration study centre in addition to centres of excellence in Science, Technology and Management Studies.
